In 7 West Asia Super League games he recorded very impressive stats: 15.1ppg, 4.1rpg, 6.6apg (top 5) and 1.1spg. Good season as he was voted League Player of the Week. Hayes also played 18 games in LBL where he averaged remarkable 15.6ppg, 2.9rpg and 5.2apg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Great season indeed as he was selected to Asia-Basket.com All-Lebanese League Honorable Mention. The other team he played that season for was Sigortam.net Istanbul in Turkish TBL. In 8 games he had high stats: 22.6ppg, 3.4rpg and 5.5apg. Good season as he was also here voted League Player of the Week (2 times). In 2010 he was drafted by Maine Red Claws (D-League) in second round (7th overall). The former Miami University star is in his 14th season in pro basketball. Hayes has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2012. He is a very experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in ten different countries. Hayes has played previously professionally in China (Hebei), France (Limoges CSP Elite and Le Mans), Italy (Forli and Cremona), Kazakhstan (Astana), Spain (Unicaja), Venezuela (Trotamundos), NBA (Cleveland Cavaliers), Turkey (Gaziantep, Buyukcekmece and Afyon) and NBA G League (Maine Celtics). It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Dijlah. He played also for Cincinnati State Technical and Community College for one year.
