Best players of Lebanese LBL round 4 (by Hoops Agents)- October 24, 2022
The 28-year old guard had a double-double of 38 points and twelve rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Hoops (#12, 0-3) with 18-point margin 98-80. It allowed Al Riyadi to jump to the first place in the Lebanese LBL. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Al Riyadi already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Qualls had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Al Riyadi's top player in his first season with the team. The University of Arkansas graduate has very impressive stats this year. Qualls is league's best scorer averaging so far 31.7ppg. Qualls is in league's top in rebounds (9th best: 8.7rpg) and averages solid 66.7% FGP and 46.7% from behind 3-point line. The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American guard Chris Scott (203-G-1995) of Hoops. Scott impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 22 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Hoops lost that game 80-98 to league's leader Al Riyadi (#1, 3-0). This loss caused Hoops to slide to the very bottom (12) position in the standings. 3 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Scott is one of the most experienced players at Hoops and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.0ppg (#3). His other stats are also decent: 10.0rpg and 9.0apg. The third best performed player last round was another Hoops' star - American Julian Scott (203-F/C-1990). Scott scored 27 points and grabbed five rebounds. Despite Scott's great performance Hoops lost 80-98 to the league's current leader Al Riyadi (#1, 3-0). But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates. Hoops can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 3 games. The season just started for Scott as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be another team's leader. Ater Majok (210-C-1987) of Al Riyadi - 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists 6. Jesse Jones (183-PG) of Homentmen - 25 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists 7. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy. The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
