The Division A is the first-tier professional basketball league in Lebanon. Division A was established in 1992.
The DLBL sits above the Division 2 which effectively forms the second-tier of Lebanese basketball.
Limits of non-Lebanese players per team: 2 import players (non-Europeans), 0 Bosman players (with European passport) . Total number of allowed imports and Bosmans is 0.
