Philippines secured the second win at the start of the 2015 SEABA Championship. They knocked down Laos today. Bobby Ray Parks (193-G-92) came up with 15 points to pace the Smart Gilas.
Philippines jumped to a 26:7 lead after the opening quarter. They extended the gap at 31-point mark at the interval 50:19. Philippines never slowed down in the second half. They poured in 42 points and cruised to the win. Almond Vosotros (175-PG) had 13 points, while Kiefer Isaac Ravena (181-G/F-93) chipped in 11 points for Philippines. Respati Pamungkas (180-G-91) answered with 12 points for Laos. Juan Kokodiputra (194-C/F-95) had 9 points in the loss.

The Fiba Organized U20 Friendship Game got under way today at the Indoor Hall of the National Stadium as Cambodia failed to rise above their Counterparts From Laos losing 62-73 in the opening game. The Match which was witnessd by a large crowd mostly Students from High School tipped off after a Grand Opening Ceremony with all Participating teams match past the VIP stand. Singapore basketballers thump Laos 103-51 - 2 Years ago
The Singapore men's basketball team thrashed Laos 103-51 to win their second SEA Games Group B match at Stadium MABA in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. As the scoreline suggested, it was one-way traffic for the Singaporeans right from the tip-off. By the end of the first quarter, Wei Long Wong(187-G-88) and Co. had built up a 13-point lead, and the advantage widened to 20 points at half-time.
