Indonesia rally past Laos for second win in Banting

Indonesia recorded the second win at the U16 SEABA Championship in Malaysia. They rolled past Laos for 2-1 record in the ladder. Vincent Kosasih (198-C-96) came up with 23 points and 22 rebounds to pace Indonesia.
The teams stayed close throughout the opening quarter. Indonesia led by just a single point 11:10 after ten minutes. Indonesia pulled away in the second term. They recorded a 40:27 halftime advantage at the interval. Indonesia opened the second half on a 10:2 run to clear off. They piled up a 20-point lead with one quarter remaining. Indonesia maintained the advantage throughout the fourth quarter and drove to the victory at the end. Juan Kokodiputro (193-C-95) produced 14 points, while Rafael Yogia (172-G-95) nailed 11 points in the win. Phoutthasak Thavonphaneuk (170-PG-96) responded with 15 points for Laos. Aphakone Phommasone (175-G-96) chipped in 8 points in the loss.
