Pekhov's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

Evgeny Pekhov had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Dinamo and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had a double-double of 27 points and 12 rebounds, while his team beat Legion (#3, 2-3) 84-74. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Dinamo maintains the 2nd position in Kyrgyzstani league. They are still close to the very top. Dinamo would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 4-1 record. In the team's last game Pekhov had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. He turned to be Dinamo's top player in his first season with the team. Pekhov has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (5th best: 18.6ppg), rebounds (4th best: 10.4rpg), assists (5th best: 3.8apg) and averages solid 1.8bpg,2.8spg and 52.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Adylbek Naimanbaev (01) of Politekhnik. He is a in his first season at Politekhnik. In the last game Naimanbaev recorded impressive double-double of 19 points and 14 rebounds. Bad luck as Politekhnik lost that game 49-75 to league's leader Alga-KTU (#1, 5-0). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Politekhnik still maintains its place in the top 4 of the standings, even despite this loss. 4 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Politekhnik managed to get this year. Naimanbaev is a newcomer at Politekhnik and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 12.8ppg (#9). He also registered 12.4 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to another Dinamo's star - forward Aman Abdykerim (202-PF-94). Abdykerim scored 20 points and grabbed sixteen rebounds (!!!). He was another key player of Dinamo, helping his team with a 84-74 win against #3 ranked Legion. Abdykerim has a great season in Kyrgyzstan.
