Kyrgyzstani Higher League round 4 best performance: Adylbek Naimanbaev (by Hoops Agents)

Adylbek Naimanbaev (01) had a great game in the last round for Politekhnik, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 20-year old player had a double-double of 14 points and 10 rebounds, while his team edged out SHUM (#6, 0-3), the league's bottom-ranked team 66-63. Politekhnik is placed at 4th position in Kyrgyzstani Higher League. Politekhnik is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-2 record. In the team's last game Naimanbaev had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. The second best player in last round's games was 26-year old Belek Bektenov (F-95) of SHUM. Bektenov had a very good evening with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Third on the list of top players last round was Russian guard Emil Kasymaliev (190-G-89) of Legion (#3). Kasymaliev scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Despite Kasymaliev's great performance Legion lost 50-73 to #1 ranked Alga-KTU. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The chances of Legion not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 2 games, recording just one victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Kasymaliev could try to bring Legion's a little bit higher in the standings. Kasymaliev has individually a great season in Kyrgyzstan. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 16.3ppg (6th best), rebounds with 9.3rpg (4th best) and assists with 4.3apg (2nd best). Emil Kasymaliev has also Kyrgyzstani passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.
