Higher League Round 1: Legion lose to Dinamo

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Legion in Bishkek on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by Dinamo 88-75. The former international Evgeny Pekhov stepped up with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Aman Abdykerim (202-94) chipped in 20 points and 8 rebounds. At the losing side naturalized Russian guard Emil Kasymaliev (190-89) responded with 24 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Dinamo is looking forward to face Alga-KTU in Manas in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Legion's supporters also look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Bishkek to the arena SHUM.

The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
