Experienced Zhanysh Adiev (190-G-90) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's leader Alga and that's him to receive a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 30-year old guard had a double-double of 29 points and seventeen rebounds, while his team crushed Grizzly (#7, 1-7) with 19-point margin 89-70. It allowed Alga to consolidate first place in the Kyrgyzstani Higher League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is already in a full swing and Alga still have not lost a single game, getting all 8 victories. In the team's last game Adiev had a remarkable 90.9% from 2-point range. He turned to be Alga's top player in his first season with the team. Adiev has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 26.0ppg. This victory allowed Gines-29 Jr. to move up to 3rd position in the standings. His team's 6-3 record is not bad at all. Pekhov is a newcomer at Gines-29 Jr. and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.5ppg (#6). His other stats are also decent: 12.3rpg and 3.9apg.
