Stas Lukonin
Forward Nazim Oruchkulov (200-F-04) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Gines-29, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 16-year old player had a double-double of 15 points and 16 rebounds, while his team crushed Politekhnik (#5, 1-4) with 25-point margin 74-49. Gines-29 maintains the 2nd position in Kyrgyzstani Higher League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Gines-29 already had a very good start winning all 5 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Oruchkulov had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Gines-29's top player in his first season with the team. Nazim Oruchkulov has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (9th best: 16.6ppg) and averages impressive 1.6bpg and 56.9% FGP.
The second best player in last round's games was 32-year old Stas Lukonin (206-C-88) of Legion. Lukonin had a very good evening with 25 points and 9 rebounds. Bad luck as Legion lost that game 50-58 to league's leader Alga (#1, 5-0). It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Legion still maintains its place in the top 3 of the standings, even despite this loss. His team's 3-3 record is not bad at all. Lukonin is well-known at Legion and is a proven leader in his second season with the team.
Third on the list of top players last round was center Rustam Dzhangirov (C-96) of SHUM (#6). Dzhangirov scored 22 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Despite Dzhangirov's great performance SHUM lost 64-73 to Grizzly (1-4). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. SHUM can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-4 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Dzhangirov has individually a great season in Kyrgyzstan. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.5rpg (6th best).

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
