Kyrgyzstani Liga Forward round 8 best performance: Zhanysh Adiev (by Interperformances)

Guard Zhanysh Adiev (190-G-90) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Moy Telefon, receiving a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 8.
The 29-year old player was the main contributor (41 points, five rebounds and three assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Politekhnik (#5, 4-3) 92-81. Moy Telefon is placed at 2nd position in Kyrgyzstani Liga Forward. They are still close to the very top. Moy Telefon would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. Third on the list of top players last round was former international guard Shakirzhan Kuranbaev (170-G-84) of league's top team Guiness-29. Kuranbaev scored 26 points and passed six assists. He was a key player of Guiness-29, leading his team to a 67-58 win against #4 ranked Guiness-29 Jr. in a game of the week. Guiness-29 confirms their top position in the standings. Kuranbaev has a great season in Kyrgyzstan. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 30.6ppg (2nd best) and assists with 9.9apg (best passer).
