Best players of Kyrgyzstani Liga Forward round 6 (by Interperformances)

Evgenii Pekhov (198-F-92) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's second-best Guiness-29 and that's him to receive a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 27-year old forward had a double-double of 23 points and thirteen rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Nomad (#7, 0-4) with 16-point margin 82-66. Guiness-29 is placed at 2nd position in Kyrgyzstani Liga Forward. They are still close to the very top. Guiness-29 would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 4-1 record. In the team's last game Pekhov had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Guiness-29, through which he has constantly improved. Pekhov has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (6th best: 22.4ppg), rebounds (4th best: 12.2rpg) and averages solid 3.0bpg and 67.9% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Guiness-29's star - 35-year old former international guard Shakirzhan Kuranbaev (170-G-84). Kuranbaev impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 35 points and 12 assists. Of course together with Pekhov he helped Guiness-29 with another comfortable win 82-66 over Nomad (#7, 0-4) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed Guiness-29 to move up to second position in the standings. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 4 matches. Kuranbaev is one of the most experienced players at Guiness-29 and similarly like Evgenii Pekhov has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 31.4ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 8.4rpg and 10.8apg.

The third best performed player last round was Roman Gostishev (197-PF-97) of Politekhnik (#4). Gostishev scored 15 points and grabbed twenty two rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Politekhnik, leading his team to a 101-68 easy win against Nomad (#7, 0-4). Politekhnik needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 2 lost games. Gostishev has a great season in Kyrgyzstan. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 14.6rpg (#1 in league).
