Kazma (D1) agreed terms with experienced 35-year old American power forward JaJuan Johnson (208cm-101kg-1989, college: Purdue). He was best rebounder at H.Eilat in Israeli Winner League. He managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year. In 17 Winner League games he had very impressive stats: 17.4ppg, 7.2rpg and 1.2apg. Johnson also played for Happy Casa Brindisi (Serie A) in Italian league. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and he was exposed to basketball on different levels. He also played 13 games in Italian Serie A where he recorded 8.5ppg and 3.8rpg. And finally he recorded 3 games in FIBA Europe Cup where he averaged 13.3ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.0bpg.
In 2011 he was drafted by New Jersey Nets (NBA) in first round (27th overall). Johnson graduated from Purdue University and it will be his 14th (!!!) season in pro basketball.
He was a member of USA Under 21 National Team back in 2009.
Johnson is quite experienced player. Johnson's career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in nine different countries. He tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. Johnson has played previously professionally in China (Changsha Bank), France (Gravelines Dunkerque), Germany (Bayern Muenchen), Israel, Italy (Cantu and Pistoia), Russia (Lokomotiv and Krasny Oktyabr), Turkey (Darussafaka Lassa, Turk Telekom, Besiktas and Bahcesehir), NBA (Houston Rockets) and NBA G League (Indiana Mad Ants and Cleveland Charge).
Among many awards his team won German Bundesliga Cup in 2021. He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProA Honorable Mention in 2023.
