Phil Greene IV (ex Cayirova) joins Qadsia

Phil Greene IV

Al Qadsia (D1) agreed terms with 31-year-old American guard Phil Greene IV (187cm-85kg-1992, college: St. John's, agency: Diamond Sports). He played last season at Cayirova in the Turkish TBL league.
He has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2015.
Greene is a highly experienced player, having played professionally in Greece (PAOK Mateco Thessaloniki), Israel, Italy (Verona, Brindisi, and Tortona), Poland (Anwil, Arka, and Trefl), and the NBA (Dallas Mavericks). He was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TBL Honorable Mention in 2024.
His team won the FIBA Europe Cup in 2023.
He graduated from St. John's University in 2015 and it'll be his tenth season as a pro player.
