Egypt celebrated second straight win in Cairo at the Arab Basketball Championship. The hosts of the event posted a 92-41 win over Kuwait. Egypt started the game with a 22-6 run and never looked behind after. Youssef Shehata top-scored for the winners with 16 points and Amr El Gendy brought 12. Ehab Amin followed them with 11 points in a win. Omaran Anbar answered with 8 points in defeat, whilst Abdelrahman Ali and Mohamed Adnan brought 7 each.
