Al Naser Dubai (ULB) signed Mohamed Harat, a 33-year-old Algerian forward who stands at 198cm. Harat played for Kuwait in arab clubs tournament , and he played also for Al Ittihad Tri in the Libyan D1 league.

Eight years ago, he represented Algeria at the Afrobasket Championship in Rades, Tunisia. During that event, his statistics were as follows: 7 games played, averaging 16.9 points per game, 6.1 rpg, and 1.3 apg. His field goal percentage (FGP) was 57.6%, and his free throw percentage (FT) was 67.7%.

He is a highly experienced player, having played professionally in Algeria (GS Petroliers), Bahrain (Al-Manama), Morocco, Qatar (Al Rayyan, Al Arabi, and Al Shamal), Saudi Arabia (Al Fateh), and Syria. In 2023, his team finished as the regular season runner-up in Libyan League Group 1. Additionally, he was voted to the Afrobasket.com Libyan League All-Imports Team in the same year.
