Qurain tabs Italee Lucas, ex Inter-Clube

Qurain (D1) inked experienced 34-year old American (has also Angolan passport) 172cm guard Italee Lucas (college: UNC). Lucas started the season at Inter-Clube in Angolan D1 league.
In 2011 she was drafted by Tulsa Shock (WNBA) in second round (21st overall).
She graduated from University of North Carolina and it is her twelfth (!!!) season in pro basketball. Lucas has been regularly called to Angolan Senior National Team since 2017.
She is a very experienced player. Lucas has quite traveled the world as her pro career brought her to five different countries on three different continents (Europe, Africa and of course North America). She has played previously professionally in Hungary (Miskolc), Israel (Hertzliya), Romania (Satu Mare), Spain (Hondarribia-Irun, IDK Eustotren and Girona) and Egypt (Al Ahly and Heliopolis). Lucas won Angolan League championship title in 2015, 2017 and 2019 and the cup in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
