Qadsia tabs Isaiah Wright

Al Qadsia (D1) inked 25-year old American 188cm guard Isaiah Wright (college: San Diego). Wright supposed to play at Long Island Nets (NBA G League) in the U.S., but was released by the team in Dec.'21. In two NBA G League games he averaged just 2.5ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.0bpg this season.
Three years ago he was drafted by Stockton Kings (G-League) in third round (23rd overall).
The former University of San Diego standout is in his third season in pro basketball.
He has played also professionally in NBA Summer League (Utah Jazz Blue).
Among many awards he won NBA G League Pacific Division championship title in 2020. Wright was voted to All-WCC Honorable Mention back in 2019.
