MaJic Dorsey

Al Shabab (D1) inked experienced American 185cm point guard MaJic Dorsey (college: S.Indiana) for upcoming season and he played most recently with Sheffield in United Kingdom and he also played at HAB Sonics (P.A.B.A.) in Turks and Caicos league.

During his pro career, Majic has attended NBA Training camp for several NBA team, Los Angeles Clippers, Atlanta Hawks and Orlando Magic. He also played for several NBA G-League Teams, he played for Reno Bighorns, Anaheim Arsenal, Austin Spurs, Albuquerque Thunderbirds, and Ft Worth Flyers.
Beside his successful career in USA, he has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to ten different countries on five different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America). Dorsey has played previously professionally in Colombia (Piratas), Cyprus (Apollon), Germany (SG Bergishe Loewen), Iraq (Duhok), Mexico (Halcones UV Xalapa), Morocco (FUS Rabat and FAR Rabat), Qatar (Al Wakrah), Saudi Arabia, Venezuela (Guaros) and Egypt (Al Gezira).
Among many awards his team won Mediterranean Cup in 2019. He received Afrobasket.com All-Egyptian Superleague Player of the Year award back in 2015, Afrobasket.com All-Moroccan League Guard of the Year award back in 2018, Asia-Basket.com All-William Jones Cup Best Guard back in 2014, Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LNBP Player of the Year back in 2012 and many other awards.
