GCC Women's Games to begin in Kuwait on Sunday

The competitions of the prestigious sixth edition of GCC Women's Games 2019 will get underway in Kuwait on Sunday. The ten day - games will bring together six GCC nations who will compete in 11 games. The opening day will see the GCC teams competing in three games, Basketball, handball and fencing. Team Qatar will begin campaign against Bahrain on Sunday in the basketball event. Team Qatar delegation to the games is chaired by Lolwa Al-Marri, President of Qatar Women's Sport Committee , accompanied by 132 athletes, administrators and technical staff members.
