Qadsia became the champions of Kuwait Basketball League 2015/2016 before playing the last round. They won all 29 games in the Regular Season. In their last game Qadsia overcame Kazma 81:70. In another games AlKuwait SC beat AlJahra 68:49 and Yarmouk edged AlSulaibikhat 50:30. AlKuwait SC is second with a 27-2 record.
