The 2025-26 Kazakhstan Basketball Cup was the 2nd edition of Kazakhstan's top-tier level professional national domestic basketball cup event.

Caspiy Aktau captured the 2025 Cup title. They defeated Barsy Atyrau for the trophy. Vladimir Ivanov (208-C-1994) and Konstantin Neff (198-F-1997) provided 17 points each to pace the winners.
Caspiy used a 19-9 rally in the second period to gain a 35-30 halftime lead. But Barsy managed to erase the deficit in the next two quarters to force overtime. The teams could not decide on the winner in the first extra period. But Caspiy sank 12 points in the second extra frame and snatched a tough win at the end. Akylbek Oralbekov (186-G-2002) posted 15 points for Barsy.
