Iran - Jordan 60-73

Jordan edged Iran at the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027, securing a convincing 73–60 win. Iran edged the first quarter 14–17, but Jordan responded in the second period to tie before halftime. The teams were level through three quarters, setting up a decisive fourth in which Jordan’s offense surged for 27 points while Iran managed 17, turning a close contest into a 13-point victory that kept Jordan unbeaten in this qualifying window.
Harris Jalen (196-SG-1998, college: Nevada) stepped up with 29 points and Freddy Ibrahim (190-G-1996, college: Tampa) added 15. Matin Aghajanpour (198-PF-2001) scored 13 points in a loss.
