The game between Top Four teams took place in Al Jubaiha. host Al Jubaiha (3-0) defeated Shabab Bushra (1-2) 66-56. Al Jubaiha dominated down low during the game scoring 40 of its points in the paint compared to Shabab Bushra's 18. Al Ashrafiyah's coach Abd Alsalam gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Al Faisaly will play against Al Jubaiha at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Al Ashrafiyah will play against Al Iglizia to get more than just one victory in their record.

In the last two games of round 3 winless Al Iglizia lost to undefeated Amman United on the opponent's court 61-81. Al Wehdat managed to outperform Al Jalil in a home game 74-66.
