Evan Maxwell (ex Okayama) agreed terms with Amman United

Evan Maxwell

Amman United (Premier League) added 30-year old American 208cm power forward Evan Maxwell (college: IWU, agency: Players Group) to their roster for the 2025-26 season. He most recently played at Okayama Try Hoop in the Japanese B3 League, where he averaged 12.8ppg, 6.3rpg, and 1.0apg in 26 games last season. Maxwell also played for another Japanese team, Gambarous, in the B3 League.

Maxwell is a very experienced player. Thanks to Maxwell's pro career, he managed to play on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America, and of course North America) in nine different countries. He has played professionally in Argentina (Comunicaciones), Germany (Tigers), Lithuania (Jonava), Slovakia (Spisski Rytieri), Ukraine (Zaporizhye), United Kingdom (Newcastle Eagles), North Macedonia (MZT Skopje), and The Basketball Tournament (Men of Mackey).

Maxwell has received numerous awards throughout his career, including being voted to Eurobasket.com All-Slovakian League Honorable Mention in 2020. His college team also reached the Lithuanian Cup final in 2023.
He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2019 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball. Maxwell played also for Liberty University for 2 years.
