Erokspor lands Ahmad Dwairi

Newly promoted Esenler Erokspor Istanbul (BSL) tabbed 32-year old Jordanian international 212cm center Ahmad Dwairi for new season. Dwairi played most recently at BC Dubai in UAE Adriatic League. In 34 ABA League games he averaged 6.1ppg and 4.1rpg last season.
He won Turkish League championship title in 2017 and 2018 and the cup in 2019 and 2020.
The previous (2023-24) season he played at Bodrum in Turkish BSL where in 27 games he had 12.3ppg, 6.3rpg and 2.3apg in that year.
He has been also a member of Jordanian international program for some years. He has regularly played for Jordanian senior team since 2012 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2010.
Dwairi represented Jordan at the Asian Games in Huangzhou (China) two years ago. His team won Silver and his stats at that event were 6 games: 13.2ppg, Reb-4(10.0rpg), 2.8apg, 1.3spg, Blocks-4(1.5bpg), FGP: 53.6%, 3PT-1(75.0%), FT: 71.4%.
He has played also professionally in Kuwait (Qadsia), Turkey (Efes, Fenerbahce and Bursaspor) and Jordan (Al Riyadi, Ittihad Schools and ASU Sports Club).
Among many awards he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-World Cup Honorable Mention back in 2019. Dwairi won Turkish League championship title in 2017 and 2018 and the cup in 2019 and 2020.
