Amman United lands Patrick Rembert, ex Somouha

Patrick Rembert

Amman United (Premier League) tabbed experienced 35-year old American 185cm point guard Patrick Rembert (college: UC Irvine). He started the season at Somouha in Egyptian Superleague. In 11 games he averaged impressive 25.7ppg, 5.4rpg and 6.2apg.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in eighteen different countries playing on five different continents. Rembert is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American, African and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in Bosnia (Siroki), Bulgaria (Levski), Croatia, Hungary, Iran (Kalleh), Lebanon (Tadamon and Maristes), Qatar (Al Khor), Saudi Arabia (Ohod), Serbia (Novi Pazar), Slovenia (Sentjur), Turkey (Petkimspor and Fethiye), Venezuela (Trotamundos), Egypt (Al Shams and Haia Al Qana), Libya (Al Nasr), Dominican Republic (Titanes), NBA G League (NAZ Suns), Uganda (City Oilers) and Rwanda (United Generation Basketball Kigali).
Among many awards he played in the final of Iranian Superleague in 2023. Rembert was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Arab Club Championship Honorable Mention in 2024.
He graduated from University of California - Irvine in 2011 and it is his 14th (!!!) season in pro basketball.
