Brian Halums (ex Beirut Club) signs at Orthodox

Brian Halums

Orthodox Amman (Premier League) landed 27-year old USA-Palestinian 196cm guard Brian Halums (college: UAFS, agency: The Crew A.M.). He played recently at Beirut Club in Lebanese LBL league. In two games he just recently played he averaged impressive 17.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 2.5apg, 1.0spg and 1.5bpg this season. This season he played at Al-Hashd Social Sports Club (Superleague) in Iraqi league. He also played for Al Gharafa Doha (QBL) in Qatari league.
Halums is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to six different countries on three different continents (Asia, Africa and of course North America). Halums has played previously professionally in Bahrain (Al-Hala), Iraq, Lebanon (Nadim Souaid Academy), Qatar (Qatar Club), Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli, Ohod, Al Wehda and Al Fateh) and Libya (Al Nasr).
Among many awards his team made it to the League Semifinals in 2023. He was voted to Asia-Basket.com Qatar D1 All-Imports Team in 2023.
Halums graduated from University of Arkansas Fort Smith in 2020 and it is his fifth season in pro basketball. He played for other colleges like: The University of Mississippi, Itawamba Community College.
