Orthodox signs Lenell Henry, ex Sparta

Lenell Henry

Orthodox Amman (Premier League) signed 26-year old American power forward Lenell Henry (203cm-91kg-1998, college: Alcorn State). He joins another USA player Gregoryshon Magee who is already in the roster.
He supposed to play at Sparta in Luxembourg LBBL. In 13 games he had very impressive stats: 18.9ppg, 8.6rpg, 1.7apg, 1.0spg and 1.0bpg this season. The last season season he played at Charilaos Trikoupis Mesologiou (Elite League) in Greek league. He also played for BC Kavkasia Tbilisi (Superleague) in Georgian league. The other team he played shortly was another Georgian team Tbilisi State University (Superleague) in Georgian league.
He is quite experienced player. Henry has played also professionally in Cyprus (Frederick Achilleas Kaimakliou), Georgia and Greece (Ionikos).
Among many awards he won IHSA 3A championship title in 2017. He was voted to HBCU All-Star Game back in 2022.
Henry graduated from Alcorn State in 2022 and it is his third season as a professional player. He played for other colleges like: Prairie View A&M University, Panola College, Northern Arizona University.
