Amman United tabs Freddy Ibrahim, ex Montreal

Freddy Ibrahim

Amman United ( Jordanian Premier League) ) signed 27-year-old Jordanian-Canadian international 190cm guard Freddy Ibrahim (college: Tampa) for the upcoming season 2024-2025 . He played during the summer with Montreal Alliance in the Canadian CEBL. In 11 games, he averaged 4.7ppg, 1.6rpg, 4.4apg, and 1.5spg. Ibrahim also played for Petra (League of Talents).
Ibrahim represented Jordan at the Asian Games in Huangzhou (China) last year. His team won Silver and he had almost 12 ppg and he was 5th best passer with almost 5 assists per game.
He has also played professionally in Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli), Jordan (Orthodox and Al Ahli), and Palestine (Orthodox Club Ramallah).
Ibrahim was voted to Asia-Basket.com Jordanian Premier League All-Domestic Players Team in 2023. He played in the final of Jordanian League in 2023, among many awards.
He graduated from the University of Tampa in 2019, and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
