Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

An interesting game for Gerasa (18-6) which hosted in 3rd placed Philadelphia (15-8). First ranked Gerasa managed to get a 5-point victory 82-77. It was a good game for American point guard BJ Maxwell (194-PG-1997, college: IUPUI) who led his team to a victory with 31 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international center Yousef Abuwazaneh (201-1993) contributed with 4 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Gerasa's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. International guard Malek Kanaan (182-1993, college: W.Valley JC) answered with 22 points and 6 rebounds for Philadelphia. Gerasa maintains first place with 18-6 record. Philadelphia at the other side keeps the third position with eight games lost.
The game between second ranked Rum (16-7) and 5th ranked Pella (10-13) in ended with biggest points difference. Rum beat guests from 122-114. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Pella. International forward Hashem Abbas (198-1999, college: Bridgeport) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 52 points (!!!), 18 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners and Ashraf Alhendi chipped in 23 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals. Rum's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Alaa Husseini with 34 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. Rum have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain second place with 16-7 record having just three points less than leader Gerasa. Pella at the other side keeps the fifth position with 13 games lost.

In the last game of round 21 Arabella was beaten by Petra on the road 86-79.




Petra - Arabella 86-79

No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Petra (12-11) beat at home 6th ranked Arabella (7-17) 86-79. Petra players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Basil Abu Abood stepped up and scored 24 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and Mohamad AlShamali chipped in 17 points and 11 rebounds. AlShamali is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Petra players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Ammar Omari with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 21 rebounds and 7 assists and point guard Khaldoun Jbarah (180-1987) scored 23 points and 6 rebounds. Petra maintains fourth place with 12-11 record. Arabella lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with 17 games lost.
