Best players of Jordanian Premier League round 14 (by Hoops Agents)

International Guard Ashraf Alhendi (190-G-1995) had a great game in the last round for Rum and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 28-year old guard had a double-double of 25 points and 13 rebounds, while his team outclassed Philadelphia (#2, 10-3) with 26-point margin 100-74. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Rum is placed at 3rd position in Jordanian Premier League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Rum will need more victories to improve their 8-5 record. In the team's last game Alhendi had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Rum, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Ashraf Alhendi averages this season 15.0ppg and 5.5rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American forward Emmanuel Egbuta (201-F-1996) of Arabella. Egbuta impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 30 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as Arabella lost that game 85-92 to slightly higher-ranked Pella (5-8). This loss caused Arabella to drop to 6th position in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 5-8 record. Egbuta is one of the most experienced players at Arabella and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was another Arabella's star - Dmonta Harris. Harris scored 28 points and grabbed 11 rebounds (!!!). Despite Harris' great performance the Arabella lost 85-92 to Pella (5-8). But his team cannot count on just these two top stars as they also need help of the other teammates. Harris has individually a great season in Jordan. After 11 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 28.5ppg (2nd best) and rebounds with 9.1rpg (8th best).
