Jordanian Premier League round 13 best performance: Ahmad Alhamarsheh

Ahmad Alhamarsheh put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for top-ranked Geresa, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 13.
The player had a double-double of 23 points and 16 rebounds, while his team outclassed Pella (#6, 4-8) with 26-point margin 101-75. It allowed Geresa to take over top position in the Jordanian Premier League. Geresa have a solid 10-2 record. In the team's last game Alhamarsheh had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Geresa, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Ahmad Alhamarsheh has solid league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 11.9rpg).

The second best player in last round's games was young American Patrick Burnett (193-G-1995) of Ayla. Burnett had a very good evening with a triple-double of 29 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists. Bad luck as Ayla lost that game 91-99 to the higher-ranked Rum (#4, 7-5). Ayla are still at the very bottom. 11 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Ayla managed to get this year. Burnett is one of the most experienced players at Ayla and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 34.3ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 7.3rpg and 3.4apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was American forward Devin Gilmore (200-F/C-1997) of Pella (#6). Gilmore showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, 17 rebounds (!!!) and 4 assists in the last round. Despite Gilmore's great performance the Pella lost 75-101 to the higher-ranked Geresa (#1, 10-2). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Gilmore has a very solid season. In 12 games in Jordan he scored 17.9ppg. He also has 8.5rpg and a FGP of 57.1%.
