Best players of Jordanian Premier League round 11 (by Hoops Agents)

Experienced American Gregoryshon Magee (211-F/C-1990) had an amazing evening in the last round for Petra and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 33-year old power forward had a double-double of 42 points and 23 rebounds, while his team crushed, the league's bottom-ranked team Ayla (#8, 0-10) with 19-point margin 89-70. Petra maintains the 3rd position in Jordanian Premier League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Petra will need more victories to improve their 8-3 record. Magee just recently signed at Petra, being already a very valuable addition to the team. University of South Alabama graduate has very impressive stats this year. Magee is in league's top in points (4th best: 21.1ppg) and averages solid 1.3bpg and 67.8% FGP. Worth to mention Magee played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Palestinian forward Hashem Abbas (198-F-1999) of Rum. Abbas impressed basketball fans with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. It was enough for Rum to edge slightly lower-ranked Pella (#5, 4-6) by 1 point 76-75. Rum's 4th position in the standings has not changed. His team's 6-5 record is not bad at all. Abbas is one of the most experienced players at Rum and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.6ppg (#3). His other stats are also decent: 11.3rpg and 4.8apg.

The third best performed player last round was American Devin Gilmore (200-F/C-1997) of Pella (#5). Gilmore scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Despite Gilmore's great performance the Pella lost 75-76 to slightly higher-ranked Rum (#4, 6-5). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Gilmore has a great season in Jordan. After 10 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.3ppg (9th best).

9. Khaled Thaher (203-F) of Rum - 11 points, 15 rebounds and 2 assists
10. Malek Kanaan (182-G-1993) of Philadelphia - 12 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists
