Al Fuheis (D1) has signed 33-year-old DR Congolese ex-international 185cm center Mireille Muganza Muganza most recently played for Diba Ankara in the Turkish D3 league. In 22 TKBL games last season, she had impressive averages of 18.4ppg, 15.2rpg (ranking #2 in the league), 2.0apg, and 1.8spg. Her performance earned her a spot on the Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TKBL Third Team. She also represented the Democratic Republic of Congo at the African Championship in Bamako, Mali, thirteen years ago. She is a highly experienced player, having played professionally in Algeria for GS Petroliers and Kocidar, in DR Congo for ASB INSS Kinshasa and Radi, and in Rwanda for REG BBC. Her team won the Rwandan League Regular Season in 2022.
