Zane Najdawi

Al-Ahli-Amman (Premier League) tabbed 26-year old Jordanian-American international 201cm forward Zane Najdawi (college: Citadel) for new season.

Najdawi joins another USA player Gerard Tarin who is already in the roster. He played this summer at Jets in New Zealand NBL league. He managed to play in three leagues in three countries last year.

In 14 New Zealand games just recently he had very impressive stats: 16.8ppg, 10.1rpg, 1.7apg and 1.0bpg.

The most of last season he spent at Al Wihdat in Jordanian Premier League where in 15 games he recorded 11.1ppg, 6.6rpg, 1.5apg, 1.3spg and 1.0bpg. He helped them to win the league title. 2021-22 was a great season as he was named to Asia-Basket.com All-Jordanian Premier League Third Team.

Najdawi also played for Damex UDEA Algeciras in Spanish LEB Silver. In 11 games he averaged 13.9ppg, 6.5rpg and 1.0apg. He has been regularly called to Jordanian Senior National Team since 2019.Najdawi has played also professionally in Spain (Jairis).

He was also voted Conference 3 Player of the Year back in 2015.Najdawi graduated from Citadel in 2019 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player.
