Al Taweel has been also a member of Jordanian international program for some years. He has regularly played for Jordanian senior team since 2015 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2010. Al Taweel represented Jordan at the West Asia Basketball Championship in Amman (Jordan) five years ago. Al Taweel's team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 3 games: 1.0ppg, 1.7rpg, 1.3spg. He has played previously for Kofer Yoba. His team won Jordanian Cup in 2012 and 2013. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted Asia-Basket.com All-Jordanian Premier League Most Improved Player of the Year in 2021.
