Mantova sign Anthony Miles, ex Al Wihdat

Staff Mantova (Serie A2) landed 32-year old American 184cm point guard Anthony Miles (college: Lamar) for new season.
He played most recently at Al Wihdat in Jordanian Premier League. In 12 games he was league's second best scorer with impressive 22.9ppg and recorded 7.4rpg, 8.3apg (leader !!!) and 2.3spg (in top 4) last season. He helped them to win the league title. He also played for Ahly Tripoli (D1) in Libyan league where in 12 games he was league's second best scorer with remarkable 22.8ppg and averaged 3.0rpg. Miles also spent pre-season at Beirut Club (LBL) in Lebanese league.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in six different countries playing on four different continents. Miles is familiar with European, Asian, African and of course North American leagues. He has played previously professionally in Holland (Feyenoord), Latvia (VEF Riga), Poland (Kociewskie Diably), Romania, Ukraine (Polit-Halychyna) and Italy (Scafati, RO Eurobasket, Orzinuovi and Cagliari Dinamo Academy).
Miles graduated from Lamar University in 2012 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
