Bassam comes back to Kofer Yoba

Kofer Yoba Irbid (Premier League) inked experienced 34-year old former international 206cm center Ibrahim Bassam for upcoming season. It is actually his comeback to Irbid as he has played here before. Bassam played most recently at Al Wihdat in the Premier League. In four games he recorded just 2.5ppg and 2.0rpg last season.
He also represented Jordan at the West Asia Basketball Championships in Amman (Jordan) nine years ago. His team won Bronze.
Bassam has spent his entire career in Jordan playing for two other teams: Orthodox and Ittihad Schools. He played in the final of Jordanian League in 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2021.
Among many awards he was voted to Asia-Basket.com All-Jordanian League Honorable Mention back in 2013.
