Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Amman: Al Wihdat (#2) and Al Jazeera (#6). Al Wihdat (6-3) won against visiting Al Jazeera (2-7) 68-57. Al Wihdat keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Orthodox. Al Jazeera lost sixth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with seven games lost. Al Wihdat's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Amman Al Riyadi.
An interesting game for Al Ahli (5-4) which hosted in one of their biggest challengers Al Riyadi (4-5). Fourth ranked Al Ahli managed to get a 4-point victory 90-86. Defending champion moved-up to third place. Al Riyadi at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with Kofer Yoba. Al Ahli will play against league's leader Orthodox in Amman in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Al Riyadi's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Amman to the arena Al Wihdat.

In the last game of round 8 Kofer Yoba beat Al Riyadi on the road 86-81.
