Fastlink deserved to be winners of 2006-2007 season's Excellent
League after beating
Orthodox today 63-58 in a dramatic game within the finals series
although
Orthodox was leading in the 1st 3 quarters thanks to
Sam Daghlas  (197-G-79,

Cal-Irvine) and
Enver Soobzokov (193-G/F-78)'s huge efforts esspecially in 4th
quarter.
Fastlink was behind 2-0 in the series before the huge comeback which
led them to be the winners of the league for the 4thconsecutive times,
Big credit must be given to
Orthodox's players who tried their best to be head to head with the
titleholders esspecially from
Eyad Abdeen (202-F/C-79) and
Ayman Dies (205-C-78, agency:
Court Side).
The game was supposed to be played yesterday but it was postponded to
today due to weather's conditions.

Fastlink remains leading in Jordanian Basketball with no
real opponent from 4 years till now after snapping up the Jordan Cup
title for the 4th time from 5 in its history after defeating Arena 78-65
in a one side game most of it.....
