Alphas keep Diawara for another season

Koshigaya Alphas (B1 League) re-signed 28-year-old 195cm swingman Joseph Diawara for the new season. He played there last season. In 45 B1 League games, he averaged 3.0ppg and 1.7rpg. For the two previous seasons (2023-25), he played at another Japanese team Gambarous (B3 League).
He has played previously for three other teams: the Fighting Eagles, the Evessa, and the Robots.
In 2024, his team reached the B League D3 Semifinals.
