Fujitsu RW - Denso I. 63-49

The game was mostly controlled by Fujitsu RW. Denso I. managed to win fourth quarter 17-8. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Fujitsu RW dominated on the defensive end, holding Denso I. to just 6 points in second quarter. The former international forward Yuki Miyazawa (183-1993, college: Queens, NY) stepped up and scored 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and the former international point guard Rui Machida (162-1993) chipped in 12 points and 12 assists. Four Fujitsu RW players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international power forward Evelyn Mawuli (180-1995) responded with 9 points and 10 rebounds and the former international point guard Mai Kawai (171-1996) scored 12 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
