Yokohama B-Corsairs keep Morris for another season- May 26, 2021
Morris is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life on four different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Australian and of course North American leagues. Morris has played previously professionally also in Australia (Senators and Bandits), Denmark and Spain (Cantabria, Merida and Torrevieja) and Japan (Saitama, Shinshu Brave Warriors Nagano, Tokyo Cinq Reves, Bambitious Nara and Fukushima). Among many awards Morris won Japanese B League D3 championship title in 2018. He was also received Asia-Basket.com All-Japanese B League D3 Honorable Mention award back in 2017. It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Yokohama B-Corsairs. Morris attended Pittsburg State until 2007 and it will be his 16th (!!!) season in pro basketball. Let's have closer look into His outlook: Strong rebounder and defender who is very capable of scoring. Very good player in getting inside position for rebounding and scoring high percentage field goals. Loves to establish early position down low, but can also step outside and face up. Has a very good shooting touch from the perimeter with good passing skills and an excellent high-low player. Very athletic and quick and will create major match up problems for most defenders.
