23-year old forward Josh Hawkinson (208-F-95) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Toyotsu FE and receives a Interperformances B2 League Player of the Week award for round 30.
He had a double-double of 40 points and 12 rebounds, while his team beat Bambitious Nara (#5, 8-21) 86-81. Toyotsu FE maintains the 2nd position in their group in Japanese B2 League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Toyotsu FE will need more victories to improve their 20-10 record. In the team's last game Hawkinson had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Toyotsu FE and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Washington State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Hawkinson is in league's top in points (5th best: 22.8ppg) and averages solid 61.6% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Reginald Warren (204-F-81, agency: Inception Sports) of Kagawa FA. He is American forward in his second season at Kagawa FA. In the last game Warren recorded impressive double-double of 27 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as Kagawa FA was edged by the higher-ranked Hiroshima D. (#1, 22-8) 87-84. Kagawa FA managed to keep the same 6th spot in West. 22 lost games are too many comparing to just seven victories Kagawa FA managed to get this year. Warren is well-known at Kagawa FA and he already established his position as one of the team's leaders.

Third place about best performers goes to center Wayne Marshall (211-C-86) of league's leader Shinshu BW. Marshall scored 26 points and grabbed eighteen rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Shinshu BW, leading his team to a 77-67 win against the lower-ranked Tokyo HT (#6, 3-27). Shinshu BW confirms their top position in Central. Marshall has a very solid season. In 28 games in Japan he scored 21.6ppg. He also has 9.9rpg, 2.4bpg and FGP: 66.1%.
