Tyren
Johnson
GS Lavrio (A1) agreed terms with 28-year old American forward Tyren Johnson (202-102kg-88, college: La-Lafayette). He played last season at Kyoto Hannaryz in Japanese B League. In 36 games he had very impressive stats: 16.9ppg, 7.9rpg, 3.3apg, 1.6spg and 1.1bpg. Johnson helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. He also spent pre-season at Muratbey Usak Sportlif Basketbol (BSL) in Turkish league that year.
In 2011 (a year after he left the college) Johnson was drafted by Rio Grande Valley Vipers (D-League) in first round (14th overall).
He attended University Louisiana at Lafayette until 2010 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Johnson was voted All-Louisiana Player of the Year and All-Louisiana 1st Team back in 2010 at his college time.
Johnson has played also professionally in Belgium (Okapi Aalstar), France (Chalons-Reims and Hyeres-Toulon) and NBA (Indiana Pacers).
On Johnson: An athletic forward with great wingspan and good rebounding skills. He can spend time in both forward positions, but is more a PF than a SF.

Sokratis Psaropoulos
Panagiotis Nikolakopoulos
