Final Game Report
Panasonic Super Kangaroos made it to
the final after several years of break since they won the Championship
in 1997. They made a challenge to last champion, Aisin Sea Horses that
holds Japanese basketball "experts", Eric McArthur, Masaki Gotoh,
Hideaki Toyama, and Mr. Japanese Basketball, Kenichi Sako. They confused
young and energetic Super Kangaroos with their "matured" plays &
formations and prevent them from hopping away. Super Kangaroos' big
tower, standing high in the post, made inside shots and also supported
outside quite well. Till he got out with a cramp, he carried out his job
making 28 points.
