Zavkhan Brothers (MBL) agreed terms with 33-year old American forward Cleanthony Early (203cm-99kg-1991, college: Wichita State). He started the season at Al-Hashd in Iraqi Superleague. In two games he had very impressive stats: 17.0ppg, 7.0rpg and 2.5apg. This summer he played at Club Centrale Al Markaziyyah Jounieh (LBL) in Lebanese league. He also played for Al Nasr Benghazi (D1) in Libyan league.
In 2014 he was drafted by New York Knicks (NBA) in second round (34th overall). Early graduated from Wichita State and it is his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. Early's career allowed him to visit five different continents, while he played in sixteen different countries. Early tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Bahrain (Al-Ittihad), Dominican Republic (Parque Hostos), France (Olympique Antibes), Greece, Hungary (Atomeromu), Japan (Hachioji Trains), Lebanon (Sagesse and Dynamo), Saudi Arabia (Al Ahli and Ohod), South Africa (Tigers), Taiwan (New Taipei CTBC DEA and TB Earlyrobears), Venezuela (Gladiadores), Kuwait (Kazma), Libya (Al Ittihad Tri), The Basketball Tournament (Aftershocks) and Mongolia (BCH Garid).
Among many awards his team won Libyan League Group 4 Regular Season in 2024. He was voted to Asia-Basket.com Japanese B League D2 All-Imports Team back in 2019. Early played also for Sullivan County Community College for 2 years.
