Al-Difaa overcame Tijarah on Sunday night in Iraq. They posted a 97-94 win despite the opponents push in the last period. Al-Difaa won the second and the third quarter to get a 15-point halftime advantage with 10 minutes to go. Tijarah replied with a 30-18 rally in the last stanza, however fell short at the end.
Ihab Al-Zuhairi (210-F/C-1998) led the way with 28 points and 17 rebounds. |
