Coleman is back at Apollon, ex Al Naft

AS Apollon Patras (GBL) has agreed terms with 31-year-old American forward Orlando Coleman (196cm-95kg-1992, college: Texas Southern). This marks his return to Apollon Patras, as he has previously played for the team. Coleman began the season with Al Naft in the Iraqi Superleague, where he averaged 11.5ppg, 2.0rpg, 3.0apg, and 1.0spg in two games. Last summer, he was also tested by Guaros in the Venezuelan league.
He has played professionally in Canada (Titans), France (Chalons Reims), Hungary (Atomeromu and Jaszbereny KSE), Israel (Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin), Mexico (Centauros and Caballeros de Culiacan), New Zealand (Sharks), Russia (Enisey), Serbia (SPD Radnicki Kragujevac), and Venezuela.
He won the New Zealand NBL championship title in 2018 and was voted the Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League Import Player of the Year in 2021.
He graduated from Texas Southern University in 2016 and is now in his eighth season as a pro player. He also played for other colleges such as Kennesaw State University and Coastal Alabama Community College.
